stupid yellow sheet that many don't even recognize

I am anxiously going to the  PSB today to swap this this cheap piece of chinese sheet for my passport.
I have been looking forward to this for months of sleepless nights.
I hope there is(are) no remaining omg-are-you-joking-me paperwork issue(s)…
