indie homemade soup
When I make soup, I don’t follow a recipe, I add the foods that I am craving. Tonight’s was bell pepper, mushroom, tofu, romaine lettuce, basil pasta, and some ginger and garlic for taste and medicinal purpose. I add a little vinegar and soy and spicey oil to taste. No grains or tomatoes, onions or eggs this time although anything can be a nutritional option.
