Saw this on the way to the local tax office.
In the background, just above the limo as pictured, you can see the white temporary housing for the migrant construction crew(s) that seem to do most or all of the construction of everything.  Imagine these little guys (they are typically unusually short men from the south) and the contrasts between their home lifestyles and that of the owner or customer of this limousine service.
